Tuesday Night at the BPL – FREE!
Get a sneak peek at the costumes for La bohème. On Tuesday, October 23, swing by the Boston Public Library to see how the intricate costumes are made, fitted and refitted for different opera singers. Liz Perlman, owner of CostumeWorks in Somerville, will show off some of the period costumes you’ll see onstage November 10th. Liz’s presentation will be followed by a mini-performance by a cast member.

Meet the stars of the opera! The night doesn't end when Mimì ______ well, I won't spoil it for you. Head on over to blu Restaurant and Bar to mingle with members of the cast and other arts lovers while toasting to Mimì's short life. Enjoy wine and a Bohème inspired cocktail plus seasonal hors' d'oeuvres and desserts created exclusively for our event by chef Michael Kraus. Tickets to the party are just $35 and can be bought with performance tickets online.
