RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office Associate supports all office operations, including front desk/reception, copy room, kitchen, and general administrative space. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, responsibilities include maintaining high customer service standards for all visitors and callers, coordinating office equipment and supply needs, serving as liaison with building management, coordinating the company’s volunteer program, and overseeing general daily office operational needs. This position is non-exempt.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of office administration experience. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and organization skills. Dependable and even-keeled. Excellent telephone manner. Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, multi-tasking environment are also required. Experience with Microsoft platform, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Interest in the arts, especially opera, is highly desirable.
COMPENSATION
Salary range $28,000 – 34,000. Excellent benefits include health and dental, disability and life insurance; 401(k) plan; and paid vacation, sick days and major holidays.
